Parties and Groups

All our activities are available as party "themes"and we cater for children and adult ,so whether its a kids birthday party or a Stag or Hen doo or just a night/day out with the team from work, we've got it covered.
Most parties take place at weekends when parents are available to get involved too.We only host 2 parties per day and early booking is essential .

Group sizes min 6 - max 12 (more details on individual activity pages)

Parties sessions are usually 2hrs and take place at weekends only, with times as follows

Saturday 11am - 1pm or 2.30pm - 4.30pm

Sunday 11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm .

If food is required it will be served at the end of the session.  See cafe page for details.

Clothing, old's best!

 Please note it is important that everyone participating should be wearing suitable clothing for the chosen activity ,especially if its outdoors as we wont cancel an activity if its raining or cold. Waterproof clothing hat gloves etc and if possible a change of clothes. Footwear should be trainers or school pumps for climbing and trainers or walking boot for all other activities.

Saturday or Sunday

11.00am - 1pm (morning session)
On arrival you will your meet instructor/s who will brief everyone and supply and assist in the fitting of safety equipment.10-15 min
Your instructor will then teach everyone how to tie into a climbing rope and then move on to how to belay* (usually with parents only) Each parent will then be instructed in this individually until all are competent to continue belaying a child under remote supervision.
The session will usually continue until aprox 12.45pm (food served if required) to then give any adults wishing to try climbing themselves. There is no charge for this.Session finishes at 1pm

*belay /ing Is the management of the rope thru a device attached to the belayers harness to safeguard the climber whilst climbing and to lower them to the ground .
