Indoor climbing training (full induction)

If you haven't climbed before but really want take it up,  this is for you.  

Our adult induction is a total of 4 hours training completed over 2 separate sessions usually a week apart,and at only £40 pp (min 2) it is excellent value.

All equipment and instruction is included. After completing your induction you can visit the centre any-time and climb without supervision at normal user rates. (see prices page)  

Youth induction requires the participation of a parent  or guardian and training is done over 1 two hour session with  an instructor all equipment is included at £30 in total for 1 adult and 1 child (extra child at £15) Please note that future unsupervised visits must be with the same adult.

 Indoor coaching 

Coaching is available at £20pp per hour ( not including entrance or equipment) 

ROCK CLIMBING, ABSEILING AND MORE ..... 

Half day rock climbing and Abseiling taster from only £60.00pp including all equipment and lunch in our cafe and even waterproofs if needed!

We are fortunate to have a lot of rock near our centre so we can provide a fantastic tailor made experience to suit you ,and if it rains we have the use of biggest climbing wall in North East Wales at no extra cost. Available weekdays and weekends . Booking essential.

Resin to rock 

Two days in Snowdonia on the real thing!   

May to September

This brief but intense course is aimed at wall climbers aspiring to move on to the thrills of real rock.

Over the two days you will be under the supervision of an instructor with over 30 years climbing experience.

The syllabus covers the following

This course is for a minimum of 2 and operates on a ratio of 2 clients to 1 instructor

 Scrambling in Snowdonia     

Year round

Scrambling is the fine line between more technical walking and easy rock climbing .

If you've managed the North ridge on Tryfan for example and you want to push it a bit more then this is the course for you . The techniques employed are basically an Alpine style of climbing.

Navigation is the most neglected skill in the great outdoor,often with disasterous consequences .

The fact is that far to many people think it's a hard skill to aquire, and this simply isn't true!
